Coach's Note: My accomplishments as a coach were in part due to the successful integration of the PlanPeak system into my athlete's training schedule.  However, it was the commitment and dedication of assistant coaches, the athletes, as well as the support of the athlete's parents that allowed any success to become a reality.  I will forever be grateful for this true "team" effort.
